The righty has gone seven-plus innings in five of his last eight starts, but some of his best work has come in later innings after early-game damage. Leadoff men in his 69 innings are hitting .328.

Garcia will be making his first start since missing more than two months with left shoulder impingement. He posted a 4.08 ERA with 20 strikeouts in four Minor League rehab starts, and had an 11.25 ERA in two starts prior to heading to the DL.
