Dodger Stadium - Los Angeles, California

Starting Pitchers
Pittsburgh- Jeff Karstens (0-0, 1.50 ERA
Los Angeles- Chris Capuano (0-0, 7.71 ERA)

The Pirates look to salvage the series and avoid getting swept tonight at 10:10. Jeff Karstens takes the hill who last pitched Saturday, getting a no-decision even though the Bucs won. Chris Capuano is Karstens' counterpart tonight. No NL team has a better batting average against Capuano than the Pirates. Capuano has pitched for the D-Backs, Mets, and Brewers before coming to LA, has a lifetime ERA of 5.99 ERA. The Pirates have managed a grand total of 2 RUNS in this series, lets see if they can break out tonight.

Their recap from last night's game:
"For the second consecutive day at Dodger Stadium, Andre Ethier drove in the winning run in a Dodgers win. On Wednesday, that run came when Ethier singled off left-hander Erik Bedard in the bottom of the sixth inning, driving in Matt Kemp to give the Dodgers a 2-1 lead in a game they would eventually win 4-1."
